*Anxiety and Stress Management : Are you experiencing uncontrollable anxiety or depressive breakdown? Have you struggled with expressing your feelings. As human, we are all experiencing emotions, however, we might not learn how to express and navigate our emotions in a healthy way. I am specialized in helping people to reconnect with their feelings and learn alternatives to cope with distress. I am a facilitator to facilitate you to connect with your mind and body and allow your emotions flow healthily.
* Trauma: Trauma is the natural response to a deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual's ability to cope. Trauma causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes the sense of self, and limits the ability to feel the full range of emotions and experiences. Trauma creates the change you did not choose. Healing trauma is about creating the change you do choose.
* Life Transition/Cultural identity : Adjusting to a major change in your environment such as relocating or studying abroad can be daunting. Difficulties are multiplied if this includes learning a new language and culture. Transition is inevitable, but how you navigate it is most important.
As a bilingual and bicultural trauma informed therapist, I am strive to create a safe space for you to find your inner peace and discover a sense of belonging wherever you go.

I work from a relational Gestalt and IFS lens: present-moment, honest, and deeply attuned to what happens between us. I don’t force insight; I invite contact. Together we slow down enough to notice the body’s signals, the emotions beneath them, and the protective parts that learned to survive. Gestalt gives us the live, real-time field where patterns reveal themselves; IFS offers the doorway into the inner system with clarity and compassion. My approach is experiential, warm but direct, and committed to helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen, understood, and unburdened.
